Accelerated Freefall Skydiving

In freefall

The AFF or Accelerated Freefall Skydiving course is the quickest way to become a fully qualified skydiver. After seven jumps, as long as each level is passed, you are allowed to jump out of a plane completely on your own. I did my AFF at The British Parachute School in Langar in Nottinghamshire. After a jump from 5500 feet known as 'hop and pop' or AFF8, a further ten consolidation jumps and some canopy training CAT A (or non student status) is achieved. These excellent pictures were taken by Langar camerman Tony Danbury. For more information visit www.bpslangar.co.uk or call 01949 860878.
